Sponsorship request documents:
1. Sponsorship request form (attached form);
2. Photocopy of ID card or student card…; Photocopy of household registration (no notarization required);
3. Attach photocopies of decisions, documents, certificates of merit, pictures, and products illustrating individual achievements (no notarization required).
Application submission time: Deadline for receiving applications (paper copies): until October 23, 2023, and to facilitate synthesis, please attach the sponsorship request file and scan the entire file. Attach documents to the email address banhoctap@hcmus.edu.vn
Location: Documents submitted directly to the Union Office, facility 1
